Employers will not have access to your name and personal contact information, until you use our system to apply to a job. Our policies and software are designed to give you the control you need to ensure complete confidentiality.
When you sign up as a Brainhunter Job Seeker, one important feature is available in the Job Match Preferences section that allows you to block companies from viewing your profile. If you block companies, these employers will never see any information, including your resume, until you give approval. Even if you block ALL companies, you will be considered for auto-matches and be contacted by us when you match a job. You can rest assured that Brainhunter will NEVER represent you to ANY company or release ANY personal contact information without your specific permission.
