About the Position

  • We are searching for a permanent Proposal Manager to join our Product and Innovation team.
  • PBCs compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 – $110,000 per year; the base pay offered is based on market and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact

The Proposal Manager leads Proposal Management by:

  • Monitoring and managing engagement with common Procurement Platforms
  • Initiating internal review of business opportunities with senior leadership
  • Establishing project timelines, engaging cross-departmental teams and managing proposal responses and client presentation development efficiently to ensure all submission deadlines are met
  • Coordinating review and approval process by subject matter experts and senior leadership to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables
  • Submission of final business development documents to common Procurement Platforms
  • Maintaining PBC’s proposal response knowledge base

Key Experiences You Bring To This Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline.
  • 5 - 8 years of related experience developing RFP responses including experience of business writing, proofing, and editing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; ability to work on tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and influence decision makers both internally and externally.
