LOCATION: Pickering Casino
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and under the direction of the Project Lead, 12 - 14 month contract is responsible for tracking, filing and organizing engineering project documents that are essential for the successful operation of the Pickering Casino Development projects. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures.
•Tracking all received submittals / RFI / SSI / Reports / ETC.
•Uploading documents / drawings and setting up folders and permissions into Procore.
•Tracking all outstanding submittals.
•Identify drawings and prepare them for scanning.
•Data entry of required information.
•Quality control of scanning documents.
•Work with existing procedures for document control.
•Other duties as required.
Education and Qualification Requirements:
•Postsecondary Diploma within a Construction related program or suitable combination of education and experience an asset.
•Strong Communication /Organizational skills
•Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate numerous resources.
•Demonstrated an ability to work independently as well as to collaborate successfully withvarious levels of management.
•Highly motivated self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude, and the ability to take initiative prioritize, and work productively without supervision under demanding timelines.
•Ability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion, confidentiality and good judgement.
•Proficiency in Procore, or similar Construction Management software.
•High proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam.
