We’re looking for outgoing, professional, guest service driven individuals who are experienced Card Dealers. You will be responsible for providing unrivaled personalized dealing services to our guests. Card Dealers must ensure adherence to all policies and procedures while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. This position requires flexibility for scheduling including evenings, graveyards, holidays, and weekend shifts.



  • Conducting all games in a precise, efficient and secure manner, according to policies and procedures, licensing laws and statutory regulations;
  • Controlling the order of play; closing bets at the appropriate time and maintaining game integrity;
  • Exchanging guest cash and promotional vouchers for value chips;
  • Engaging our guests and encouraging their use of other property features;
  • Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and team members);
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed.


  • High school diploma required, post secondary education an asset;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in card dealing, other gaming experience an asset;
  • Must have a good working knowledge of all card games;
  • Strong communication and mathematical skills;
  • Proven guest service skills with a strong ability to follow policies, procedures and practices;
  • Manually dexterity and able to stand for long periods of time;
  • Ability to adapt and work a flexible schedule;
  • Have access to reliable transportation;
  • Understanding of yourself and others when communicating with team members and guests;
  • The ability to successfully obtain a criminal record and credit check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB).
