We are on the lookout for a passionate Food & Beverage Restaurant Manager!

 

Under the direction of the F&B Operations Manager, this engaged Restaurant Manager will use their leadership skills to drive F&B offerings and improve operational efficiencies in our newly constructed restaruant launching this Spring!

 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall management and profitability of outlet operations including assisting with promotion and marketing of outlets
  • Meeting exceptional service levels for all guests through focus on team member training, performance management and leadership
  • Coaching and team member development; focus on guest service and upselling
  • Maximizing productivity through effective team member scheduling, supervision and shift work assignments
  • Performing payroll & labour costing
  • Monitoring inventories, ordering and
  • Purchasing, and maintaining accurate log books
  • Ensuring high quality food standards
  • In conjunction with the Chef designing promotions with the management team and assisting with menu development
  • Implementing strategic operating plans with the management team and offering expertise to Internal and external guests
  • Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and team members)
  • Performing other duties as assigned or directed

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understanding of yourself and others when communicating with team members and guests
  • A passion for providing GEM Service to our external and internal guests in the quest of achieving service excellence
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent Supervisory experience in a similar Food and Beverage facility
  • Certificate in hospitality and/or restaurant management is an asset
  • Energetic, highly motivated and creative
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and strong computer skills
