Job Description

Under the direction of the Site Operations Manager, the Food & Beverage/Concession Lead is responsible for the day to day activities of the Food and Beverage operation on a shift basis while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees.   • Performs the concession worker, cook, and server role in a lead capacity
  • Monitors cash outs and forwards discrepancy reports to management/accounting
  • Organizes and assists with conducting monthly inventory count and forwards inventory reports to management
  • Maintains food and beverage labour costs by maximizing revenues and minimizing operating costs
  • Prepare and forward purchase orders to vendors as requested and follow up with vendors as needed.
  • Places orders with internal and external vendors
  • Act as a liaison between site and vendors and assists in resolving day to day food and non-food purchasing issues regarding product shortages, expediting orders, pricing discrepancies, product returns
  • Assists in training new team members
  • Assists with developing Performance Objectives and delivering Performance Evaluations for direct reports
  • Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
  • Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed.



  • Minimum 1 year food and beverage team lead experience
  • POS experience
  • Basic Food Safe Certification
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to make responsible decisions and have problem solving capabilities

 Candidates must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. The hours of work will be based on guest and business needs.
