Job Description

View Royal Casino, soon to be Elements Casino Victoria, is on the lookout for an outgoing, professional, and driven individual to be our next energetic Food & Beverage Team Lead! Are you in the game of providing your guests with an experience that will keep them coming back? Under the direction of an F&B Outlet Manager, this amazing Team Leader will also work shifts in the capacity of a Server and Bartender depending on guest and business needs.



  • Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and team members)
  • Monitoring cash outs and forwarding discrepancy reports to management/accounting
  • Completing shift reports for management and for the next shift
  • Organizing and assisting with conducting monthly inventory count and forwarding   inventory reports to management
  • Assisting in maximizing the revenue of the outlet or bar while minimizing operating costs
  • Offering food and beverage expertise to   internal and external guests
  • Liaising and communicating effectively with all appropriate operational departments
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
  • Performing other duties as assigned or directed


  • Understanding of yourself and others when communicating with team members and guests
  • A passion for providing GEM Service to our external and internal guests in the quest of achieving service excellence
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Post-Secondary education in hospitality and or hotel or suitable combination of education and   minimum 1 year work related experience
  • Computer literacy in MS Office; POS experience
  • Experience providing leadership to team members
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and the ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Serving It Right Certification or the ability to achieve a Serving It Right Certification
  • The ability to successfully obtain or maintain a Criminal Record Check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)
