Program Manager, Value Analysis Team ( Burnaby, Kelowna, Prince George or Victoria)

In this role you will:

  • Organize, guide, promote, and coordinate Value Analysis Teams (VAT).
  • Develop and implement VAT processes with other team members, applying change, risk, and resource management principles.


As our successful candidate you will also:

  • Develop and manage the innovation intake process through the VAT teams.
  • Support collaboration and partnership by building relationships with key stakeholders including the executives of Vancouver Coastal Health, the Provincial Health Services Authority, Fraser Health and Providence Health Care.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with solution providers.
  • Establish evaluation and feedback mechanisms to ensure strong program management and support continuous quality improvement.

About You

  • Education, training and experience equivalent to a Master’s degree in Business or related discipline and 7-10 years’ of program management experience; PMP designation is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience with research methodologies and program evaluation.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to facilitate and negotiate, write reports, position papers, and present research results.
  • A demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • A demonstrated ability to problem-solve with a global perspective.
  • Stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills necessary to foster relationships in the VAT, as well as with key external stakeholders and interest groups.
