People & Culture, Corporate Services

Vancouver, BC (Hybrid/Flexible)

You are an experienced content strategist, brand marketer, and creative visionary who has a way with words, visuals, and creative thinking. Your talents come from your ability to ask the right questions, process the answers, and communicate your ideas to your clients – while meeting business objectives and connecting content and strategy. Brand management is an area of passion you’d like to develop, and you seek a role with big impact, strong relationships, and a supportive and fun team.

In this role you will actively collaborate with your Talent Acquisition (TA) colleagues, respective hiring leaders, Communications, and the Sanya’k̀“ula team (Indigenous recruitment & employee experience) where you play a key role in delivery of a fully integrated marketing program for your portfolio group: the BC Children’s Hospital (BC Children’s) and BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre (BC Women’s). Together, these Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) programs care for children, youth, and women from across British Columbia through multiple services.

With innovative hiring activities and large-scale campaigns in full swing, this is a meaningful time to join our award-winning marketing team to make a real impact this year and beyond:

“This work is inspiring, knowing that every campaign, every story, and every candidate experience ultimately supports patient care. Our team is small and highly collaborative. We're looking for someone who is ready to jump in, build trusted relationships, and help advance large recruitment marketing initiatives that make a real difference across the health system."
