As a Project Coordinator with BCEHS, you’ll play a hands-on role in advancing Community Paramedicine—supporting projects that improve how care is delivered and accessed across the province.
What you’ll do
You’ll be at the centre of a variety of projects and reports, helping move them from concept to completion. Your work will include:
- Coordinating projects end-to-end—keeping things organized, on track, and moving forward
- Working with internal teams, clinical leaders, and external partners across BC
- Supporting the design, rollout, and evaluation of initiatives that improve care and services
- Gathering and analyzing information to inform decisions and strengthen outcomes
- Helping share insights, tools, and learnings with stakeholders across the system
- Contributing to quality improvement and knowledge-sharing activities
- Preparing reports for all levels of business
You’ll balance multiple projects at once, adapting to a dynamic environment where priorities can shift, but the impact is always clear.
What you bring
You’re someone who is organized, collaborative, and motivated by meaningful work. You likely have:
- Strong project coordination or project management skills
- Experience working in healthcare, government, or community settings is an asset
- Confidence working with data, research, or evaluation activities
- The ability to build relationships and work with diverse partners
- Need for organization and structure
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- Focus on helping others and being part of a team

Typical Hiring Range: $63,484 - $79,355
The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate’s relevant education and experience and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan.
