About the Opportunity:
The Coordinator, Digital plays a hands-on role executing digital fundraising and marketing initiatives across websites, email campaigns, and online fundraising platforms. You will be part of a growing Digital team focused on building best-in-class digital fundraising capabilities.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, curious individual early in their career who is tech-savvy, organized, and eager to learn, with the desire to build strong digital, analytical, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Website Updates & Campaign Execution
- Manage ongoing website updates using WordPress CMS
- Build and update landing pages, donation forms, and fundraising event pages
- Execute email campaigns, including formatting, testing, and deployment
- Ensure digital experiences are accurate, functional, and optimized for user experience
Project Coordination
- Organize digital initiatives by building timelines, tasks, and project plans on Asana
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of digital deliverables
- Flag project risks, dependencies, or timeline issues; manage invoices and expense submissions
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor digital performance using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, SEMrush) and fundraising data, with a focus on SEO and AEO insights
- Prepare reports on campaign and website performance
- Identify opportunities to improve digital engagement and conversion
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or communications
- High digital literacy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML for emails and web pages (nice to have)
- Comfort and experience working with data, applying critical thinking, and using insights to improve outcomes

Salary Range: $55,000 to $63,000
