About the Position
- We are searching for a permanent Senior Executive Assistant to Chief Financial & Investment Officer to join our team to support our Chief Financial & Investment Officer (CFIO).
- The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience. The salary range is $70,000 – $90,000 per year.

The Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial & Investment Officer plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership within a regulated financial organization. This position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational excellence, with a strong understanding of financial, governance, and regulatory environments.
The successful candidate will manage complex financial information, coordinate and prepare board and committee activities on behalf of the CFIO and handle sensitive financial and strategic information with the highest level of confidentiality. Acting as a trusted partner to the CFIO, the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial & Investment Officer anticipates priorities, ensures precision in execution, and supports effective interaction with senior leaders, regulators, auditors and external parties, contributing directly to the institution’s credibility, compliance, and operational effectiveness
The role will also support with other activities such as preparing expense reports, reviewing and reconciling invoices and attending executive team, management, and other senior level meetings while taking minutes and following up on action items.
Key Experiences You Bring to this Role
- Post‑secondary coursework in an administrative program or related field (e.g., Business Administration), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Seven (7) or more years of related executive administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leaders within a regulated, financial, or complex organizational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and apply sound judgement when handling sensitive information, including data related to employees, financial and legal matters, long‑term planning, organizational restructuring, and personal information.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with the ability to prepare executive‑level documents and presentations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands with minimal direction.
- Strong professionalism, discretion, and initiative.
