About the Position

  • We are searching for a permanent Director, IT Strategy, Architecture, and Business Management to join our Information and Technology Services team.
  • The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience. The salary range is $145,000 – $160,000 per year.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact

 

The Director, IT Strategy, Architecture, and Business Management partners closely with executive and business leaders to promote shared ownership of outcomes, ensures alignment with organizational priorities, and advance modernization and operational excellence across the enterprise.

 

In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance management.

 

The Director will be a strategic leader to lead transformation initiatives focused on automation, leveraging technology to streamline operations, and standardizing business processes and practices.

 

You will work with the SVP and CIO to develop strategic and tactical plans in alignment with company strategy and objectives and overseeing the execution and performance of the plans.

 

In this role, you will ensure there are stable, high-performing IT systems, processes, architectural frameworks that enable secure, reliable, and scalable operations.

 

You will strengthen IT governance through participation in governance forums, compliance oversight, and risk management activities.

 

The Director will establish, evolve, and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps to guide investments.

 

In this role, you will manager IT as a value-driven business function, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and alignment of IT investments.

 

Key Experiences You Bring To This Role 

  • 10 – 12 years of related experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and IT business management.
  • 7+ years of management experience leading people/teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technology plans.
  • Demonstrated experience building strong business partnerships, collaborating with executive and operational leaders to align technology strategy with business priorities and shared outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, IT governance, and technology lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing and interpreting IT performance metrics.
