About the Position

  • We are searching for a permanent Change Management Specialist to join our Learning and Engagement team.
  • PBC’s compensation program is built on a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organizational achievements. The typical hiring range for this position is $86,000 - $96,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, you’ll be eligible for our annual bonus program.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact

 

The Change Management Specialist supports the design and implementation of change management strategies to enable successful organizational transformation. This would include advising, planning, and coordination of confidential initiatives, organizational changes, or policy development that inform management decisions that impact the strategic direction, workforce, processes, and technologies.

 

In this role you’ll conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to inform plans and mitigate risks.

 

This role develops and delivers communication and engagement initiatives to enhance understanding and adoption of change across the organization.      

 

You will collaborate with project teams to align change activities with broader project objectives and advise management on workforce, process, and technology impacts.

 

This role contributes to the continuous improvement of change management methodologies, tools, and practices while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

 

You will identify tailored change management needs aligned with business objectives and collaborate with internal stakeholders in the development of interventions.

 

Key Experiences You Bring To This Role 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 4 years of related experience in organizational change management coupled with project management, and/or human resources business partnership experience.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) including how people journey through change.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

 

It’s preferred and considered an asset if you have:

  • Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci or CCMP).
