Temporary Project Coordinator, Community Paramedicine

Temporary (12 Months), Full Time

 

Help support Community Paramedicine programs that make a real difference in BC communities!

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who can keep projects organized, moving forward, and well‑communicated. You’ll work with the Manager, Community Programs and collaborate with partners across BCEHS, PHSA, and community organizations.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, timelines, and communications.
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize information to support planning and decision‑making.
  • Support knowledge‑sharing by preparing materials, presentations, and updates for internal and external partners.
  • Help implement quality‑improvement projects and recommendations alongside clinical and quality teams.
  • Assist with evaluation activities, surveys, and special initiatives within Community Programs.

 What you bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Project coordination experience in complex, public-sector project coordination, preferably in health, social services, or community settings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast‑moving environment with multiple partners.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office and other digital tools.

Typical Hiring Range: $ 62,239  - $ 77,799 

The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate’s relevant education and experience and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan.
