About the Position
- We are searching for a permanent Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.
- PBC’s compensation program is built on a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organizational achievements. The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, you’ll be eligible for our annual bonus program.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for direct marketing and customer lifecycle management for acquisition and retention of members and small businesses.
In this role, you would find data insights to develop, execute, and analyze our marketing campaigns and strategies using Microsoft Dynamics to maximize our return on investment.
You would share expertise across the organization from Microsoft Dynamics insights that would help drive growth.
You would be leading Marketing team members that support products and service initiatives to ensure that they have knowledge required to grow the member value proposition.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you would apply analytical and technical expertise to identify, develop, and execute direct marketing campaigns.
In this role you would interpret business intelligence and help improve marketing ROI.
You would apply technical and analytical expertise to other CRM modules to help ensure data is outlined and organized based on key descriptors to allow for future marketing campaign success.
As the Manager, you would create, prioritize, oversee and evaluate campaigns and assess success of campaigns on a scorecard, then report results to senior leaders and the Marketing team.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
- 5 years of related experience in sales or marketing, including responsibility for operational service levels and revenue accountability
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or another Customer Relationship Management tool to develop campaigns, reporting results and analyzing data for business insights
- Analytical experience with an ability to communicate insights to senior management teams, synthesize complex information, making it relevant, understandable and actionable
- Ability to display data visually, creating powerful presentations which effectively demonstrate the value of deliverables
