About the Position

  • We are searching for a permanent Manager, Change Management to join our Learning and Engagement team.
  • PBC’s compensation program is built on a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organizational achievements. The typical hiring range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, you’ll be eligible for our annual bonus program.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact

 

As the Manager, Change Management, you will contribute to the successful implementation of our business strategies by facilitating change management initiatives that support change readiness, change learning, and change progress by all stakeholders groups.

 

In this role, you would plan, diagnose, and analyze current organizational systems, structures, culture, competencies, and organizational practices to identify gaps between actual and desired states and then recommend solutions.

 

As the Manager, you would provide direction, coaching, and training to executives, management, and Project Teams to help achieve change management objectives and to ensure they understand their role as change leaders.

 

You would be developing, implementing, and overseeing internal corporate communication strategies to ensure communications and activities contribute to effective change management.

 

As the Manager, Change Management, you would provide leadership to assigned employees and promote teamwork.

 

In this role you would support the Learning and Engagement team to ensure effective cross-departmental planning, communication, and implementation of learning and development programs in achievement of the overall strategic plan.

 

Key Experiences You Bring To This Role 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline including or supplemented by courses in leadership/supervision.
  • 5 – 8 years of related experience as an internal or external Change Management Consultant with a significant proportion of which is directly related to hands on implementation of change management initiatives. 

It’s preferred if you have:

  • A CPHR designation.
  • A CTDP designation.
  • PROSCI certification.
  • Previous experience consulting with senior level executives and implementing change initiatives in a unionized environment.
