The successful candidate will have the ability to design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.
The incumbent will:
- Liaise with IT for planning, analyzing and defining strategies and solutions through business, functional and technical expertise.
- Be required to document and design data, business processes and reporting for human resources personnel administration.
- Be required to conduct and deliver “train the trainer" courses and business requirement workshops to identify and document global business requirements for, Enterprise Structure, Process and Forms, Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service.
Education & Experience
5-8 years of relevant experience in HRMS function
Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of SAP applications process design, configuration, development integration, testing and deployment.
- Functional knowledge of HR business processes including Recruitment, Hiring, Termination, Data Maintenance, Payroll, Time Collection, Benefits and Administration, Compensation and Talent Performance Management.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to manage projects
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment.
- Ability to multitask, probe, analyze and resolve complex issues
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to complex changing environment
- Results oriented with demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with a focus on customer service.
