Reporting to: Vacation Home Quality Manager
Location: Club Intrawest - Whistler
The Vacation Home Quality Attendant (Housekeeper) contributes to our energetic, positive work atmosphere through professional work behavior and attitude while maintaining Members’ Vacation Homes and common areas to a 5 star standard. The Vacation Home Attendant embraces Club Intrawest’s Best Practices and Mission to help our Members create the best vacations of their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains Vacation Home and common areas cleanliness according to Club Intrawest Standards of Excellence
- Maintains all areas clean, neat and tidy by vacuuming, dusting, mopping, changing linen, etc.
- Reports maintenance issues
- Ensures supplies are used in an efficient manner; stocks carts and service rooms accordingly
- Ensures Member satisfaction through exceptional cleaning and service
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous housekeeping experience an asset
- Fluent in English
- Must be physically fit and able to perform duties of the role: Lifting, standing, pushing , pulling of carts is required
- WHMIS & first aid an asset
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be an efficient, organized and independent team player
- Must be available to work varying shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays
