Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM various rotating shifts

Overall Accountabilities

 As a senior member of a client service team, you will be the liaison between IFDS and the advisor/dealer community on behalf of our Fund Company clients.  The candidate is responsible for responding to inquiries from advisors and dealers and providing account and fund information and trade details. The candidate will also conduct outgoing phone calls to broker/dealers for trade requests that are not received in good order, and resolve problems daily. Other duties may include the review and signoff of a variety of reports and special projects as assigned.

Important Requirements:

  • Must have at least  3 to 5 years’ experience working with mutual funds, in a call centre  and processing  environment
  • Must be fluently bilingual in both French and English (verbal & written)
  • Strong knowledge of  Mutual Fund Dealer, Mutual Fund Manufacturers, Securities, Registered Products, Segregated Funds, etc.
  • Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Finance or related field
  • Working towards IFIC or CSC designation
