Important notes:
- The Toronto Public Service conducts ongoing recruitment for future vacancies. Applications are kept on file for 6 months and are then deleted from the system. You must resubmit after six months if you still wish to be considered for employment.
- It is the applicant's responsibility to maintain their TalentFlow profile with up-to-date contact information (address, phone #, last name etc.).
- Only those applicants being considered for a position will be contacted.
- When submitting an application, the name on the resume/cover letter must match that of the registered user. DO NOT apply on behalf of anyone else.
- The recommended resume file format is Microsoft Word (PDF format is not recommended).
- Review your application and pre-screening questions prior to clicking "Confirm and Submit". Once submitted, you cannot change your application or re-apply.
- DO NOT delete your application, you will NOT be able to re-apply.
